You will love our spacious, 1400+ square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo, just steps away from all the resort activities and services. After a long day at the parks or the pool, you can stretch out on the king, queen or twin beds, watch cable or DVDs on one of the 3 TVs, prepare a snack in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a cool drink on the lanai, do laundry, or just relax and enjoy your vacation.

Our unit is located in a quiet area where there is less foot and vehicle traffic, yet it is a leisurely 2 minute walk to the back entrance of the pool and clubhouse. You can park in front of the building or along the side and still be conveniently located near the front and back entrances of the condo. Because we are on the ground floor, we have a lanai with a screen door that opens out to the professionally landscaped courtyard, which is just steps from the BBQ grills, putting green, and basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. The living room has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the comfy couch and loveseat. There is a 32-inch TV, DVD, cable, and a stereo in the livingroom, and TVs with DVD players in the two master bedrooms. Our local management company is available to assist you if you have questions regarding the condo, Windsor Hills Resort, or area attractions. A shuttle service from the clubhouse to area parks is also available for a fee.

All rates are subject to change. Rates do not include 13% Florida hotel tax. Two night minimum stay required. There is a $70 cleaning charge for stays of less than 5 nights.

Payment terms:

  • $200 Refundable Damage Deposit due within 7 days of booking to reserve dates (this deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure if nothing is damaged or missing)
  • Total Rent amount, including 13% Florida tax and $75 cleaning fee (for stays under 5 days), due 30 days prior to arrival date
  • Total Rent amount, plus Refundable Damage Deposit due within 7 days of booking if reservations are made within 30 days of arrival date
  • Check or credit card (via PayPal) are accepted
  • Payment must be made in U.S. dollars
  • Full payment and signed Rental Agreement are required

Cancellation policy:

You may cancel your booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that you exercise the right to cancel, the following cancellation penalty rates will be applied:

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee, plus tax
  • Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, $200 deposit 
  • Less than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of Total Rental Fee
  • If I rebook the dates you cancelled at the same rate or higher, I will refund the Total Rental Fee, less a $50 administration fee, plus tax 

Cancellations at any time when the rental period falls over Holidays and Peak Seasons or during the Rental Period are subject to a 100% of the total rental fee penalty. We regret that we are unable to waive any of the cancellation charges, whatever the circumstances.
